About Newtrrients ® Program

The Newtrrients Program is not your average nutrition experience. Nor is it like any other diet plan you may have tried. This program is uniquely tailor-made for every individual and is designed to put you on your path to wellness.


The program has been conceptualized and crafted by Nutrition Health Coach and Integrative Nutritionist Expert, Sonea Kanal, who is well trained in more than 100 diet theories and has worked with clients around the globe. Sonea herself prepares nutrition plans that are uniquely personalized to your needs. She develops therapeutic diets that are customized to help treat medical conditions, so that you can have optimal results. She may recommend nutraceuticals and supplements to improve overall results and well-being and help you develop to the best of your personal potential.

What is Required?

We customize the program for every individual and for this, we require you to share with us three essential parameters before we begin and during the program.

An Introduction to Your Life:

We conduct a full assessment of your health and medical history which is focused on your lifestyle and any medical complaints or conditions. We need a complete understanding of YOU, your health; your environment both physical and emotional; your physical activity and how you move through your day; and how well you sleep all of this matters to us.

We have your best interest in mind. So yes, we do ask a lot of questions but we do it over chai or coffee to ensure you are completely at ease. We want you to be honest and upfront with us, so that we can create a program that is optimized for you. And rest assured, all of your health and medical details are kept confidential.

Lab Work

We require you to get a complete blood test done* with investigations for nutrient analysis and a list of any possible allergens. This helps us to identify any medical conditions, imbalances or abnormalities before we begin the program and also ensure that you are not exposed to any substance in your diet to which you may be allergic.

Moreover, some genetic factors such as APOE markers (which stands for apolipoprotein E) and other hereditary traits can increase the risk of some chronic illnesses. But remember: Your genes are not your Destiny. You can always do Better.

Your blood reports also set the initial or reference ranges for all the different blood parameters such as glucose, cholesterol, lipids etc. and helps us identify what is normal, what is abnormal and how you can reverse the abnormal (too high or too low) readings.

Remember, lab reports can only indicate the pathological range of values, not the functional range. This means that the levels are reported as abnormal only when they much higher or lower than what is ideal i.e., they are well past the point of disturbed function and a disease has already set in.

Body Composition Analysis:

This may be required once in 2 weeks, depending on the duration of the program, so that we can assess how your health is improving and suggest changes, if required.
